  • Your main objective will be to increase revenue by winning new customers, maintaining existing client relationships and safeguarding customer satisfaction at all times. A satisfied customer is just not enough in our book, we want to exceed expectations, create raving fans and need you to be willing to go the extra mile to achieve this.
  • Of course you understand the automotive business and are aware of recent developments.
  • As Sales & Country Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Managing Director. 

Responsibility in detail:

  • Ensures profitable growth and smooth and effective operation of the company.
  • Is responsible for the sales pipeline & sales reporting (forecasting, status reports)
  • Ensures that the operative objectives and standards of performance are not only understood, but owned by other management and employees
  • Represents our company to major customers and professional associations
  • Drives sales of the company in order to achieve and exceed targets and to meet budgets.
  • Wins new customers in order to contribute to sustainable growth of the company
  • Works as part of the regional team in order to achieve all targets 

Skills and Specifications:

  • You need at least 3 years of operational experience in leading a software solutions and services company.
  • Distinct Sales experience, proven record of accomplishment and success
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Fundamental knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV and/or automotive software solutions.
  • Ability to manage and plan at operational levels
  • A consultative approach with strong selling abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in collaboration with internal and external staff to create a results driven and team oriented environment
  • Functional leadership competences (leading by example, motivation, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of automotive dealership processes is highly desirable
