Senior Business Consultant
The international Senior Business Consultant supports incadea’s worldwide customers, OEMs and partners in best practice implementing of our products.
He/She trains and coaches professionals and executes presales presentations of incadea’s product portfolio and OEM’s satellite solutions, with high focus on standardized products and processes.
He/She analyzes specific country requirements, identifies potential gaps and ensures the quality of solutions and/or local developments and implementation concepts.
Responsibilities in detail:
Parameterizes and runs the system, based on received data
Performs test scenarios and test lists as well as UATs and complete data migration tasks; creates FRDs and EDDs
Knows the OEM system well and delivers trainings on the OEM system
Delivers gap analyzes
Advises the customer in business matters
Advises the best solution to a problem
Knows the automotive industry and interacts tactfully on all levels of hierarchy
Continually broadens and strengthens relationships with appropriate customer personnel, gaining their trust and respect
Organizes project activities, anticipates project issues and ensures tasks are completed within project scope and budget
Leads team efforts, sets positive example and supports subordinates to achieve objectives
Executes team management or project management in small projects
Performs detailed review of team`s work to ensure quality and thoroughness
Knows specific industry issues that may result in the need for additional services
Transfers to customers and potential customers enthusiasm about working with incadea products
Delivers good sales presentations as appropriate
Delivers training even to demanding customers and manages disturbances during training effectively
Skills and Specifications:
Solid, focused interest in business consulting and, in the automotive industry
Strong team orientation; works as an effective team member
Strong analytical and problem resolution capabilities

Dedicated to customer satisfaction; ability to establish confidence and maintain good customer relationship – meeting and exceeding expectations, resolving issues and developing solutions to meet customer needs
Ability to address customer business requirements with effective technical solutions
Ability to effectively estimate the effort required to deliver required results and to correctly set customer expectations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as professional in moderating groups
Has experience with cultural differences and is able to advise team members on it
Organizes work documentation in a methodical, efficient manner; good organizational capabilities
Develops working knowledge of the external commercial environment
Knows of the importance of state management
Knows several creative training methods and, is able to provide training with laptop and projector
Works with limited direction and manages own time effectively
Fluent in at least two languages; one of it English
Willingness to travel extensively
