Responsibilities in Detail:

  • Bid Quality Assurance – Act as quality gate for any outgoing proposal in terms of consistency, scope definition and content description, drive respective adjustments with the functions delivering content input for the proposal. Work in close alignment with the Deal Desk team.
  • Develop and maintain a tool box for Bid Management to be used for any offer preparation. Align with respective functions i.e. Legal, Product Owner, Delivery and Support. Define standard text modules to be applied based on a set of requirements per proposal.
  • Develop and maintain a set of standard contract documents for Sales
  • Define and implement a single contract data base and keep it updated
  • Drive automation process for standard text module and pricing model application where possible.
  • Ensures on an ongoing basis that incadea policies are followed, especially in regards to service maintenance charges.
  • Create and drive respective training for the sales organization.
  • Be involved in the development of reliable and measurable Sales KPIs.
  • Take over special projects on request.

Skills and Specifications:

  • Sales/ Sales Operations background, Bid and Contract Management experience required
  • Working experience in Sales / Sales Support Environment for min. 3-5 years
  • Understand the main business processes for automotive Dealer Management (DMS) and Importer Management (IMS) areas would be highly benefitial
  • Deep detailed Excel know how is mandatory
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint is required
  • English is mandatory
