  • He/She participates in the quotation, prepares the financial P&L,  cash flow plan of the project , monitors and report the project financial progress to the project stakeholders
  • The Financial Controller reports to the Sr. Director Project Fin. Controlling & Corp Development

Responsibilities in detail

  • Is responsible for preparing the financial plan of the project under control, including P&L and cash flow . Projects in scope include either multimarket or single market but strategic projects of the incadea group
  • Performs project costing, analyses project performance and explains variations to project budgets and forecasts in management reports, including future/potential exposures to the organization
  • Ensures compliance group´s accounting principles both for the project financial planning as well as the actual revenue & cost recording in cooperation with group financial functions and local market`s financial managers
  • Provides rolling estimates of financial plans for the projects and provides the necessary information for the Percentage of Completion calculations to facilitate the revenue recognition
  • Actively participates in decision making processes for the project ensuring these decisions  to meet corporate and project financial requirements
  • Performs risk assessment of projects in relation to their financial impact into the group Implements project financial controlling processes and ensures the application across the resource groups of the projects under controls
  • Makes recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, reports on the findings and monitors management's response and implementation
 

Skills and Specifications                                 

  • Education with focus on Finance & Controlling
  • Two to Three years experience in financial analysis. Project financial controlling experience shall be considered an asset.
  • Familiar with international business environments and ideally, in the area of IT and/or the automotive branch
  • understanding of IFRS and US GAAP principles
  • Excellent skills in excel
  • ERP Skilles in SAP or MS NAV preferable
  • Outstanding entrepreneurial thinking combined with service orientation and empathy
  • Excellent communication and a highly analytical mind, leading to problem solving approach and behavior
  • The ability to work in an international, multitasked, fast-paced and changing environment
  • Fluent in at least two languages; one of it English
