  • The Solutions Consultant Associate supports incadea’s worldwide customers, OEMs and partners in best practice implementation of our products.
  • He/She trains and coaches professionals and executes presales presentations of incadea’s product portfolio and OEM’s satellite solutions, with high focus on standardized products and processes.
  • He/She analyzes specific country requirements, identifies potential gaps and ensures the quality of solutions and/or local developments and implementation concepts.

Responsibilities in Detail:

  • Partially parameterizes and runs the system under guidance, based on received data
  • Performs simple test scenarios and test lists as well as simple UATs; creates simple FRDs and EDDs and, works under guidance, on data migration tasks
  • Interacts constructively with diverse team members, to contribute towards the achievement of common goals
  • Is aware of cultural differences and seeks for advise how to deal with them
  • Develops professional relationships with peer level client personnel
  • Understands the context of own role within the total project
  • Completes tasks under supervision, within project scope, budget and timeframes
  • Plans, organizes and controls own work effort, in a timely manner
  • Reviews own work for quality and thoroughness
  • Plays the role of a team member within a project
  • Is aware of all products offered by incadea
  • Gathers background information if requested
  • Is able to perform tasks related to sales activities (RFQ)
  • Knows the different levels of learning targets
  • Recognizes the parties involved in the training and, their objectives
  • Knows various different ways of teaching and methods
  • Fluent in at least two languages; one of it English
