  • The Team Leader Technical Development has the disciplinary and functional management of the product development team.  
  •  He/She is responsible for the incadea product platforms based on Microsoft AX.  
 

Responsibilities in Detail

  • Usage of the already defined or respectively further definition and improvement of the product development processes and methods  
  • Owner of the overall product development process framework in the respective AX development team aligning all team members on the common processes  
  • Setting and controlling the Product development standards and guidelines as well as close interaction with the HQ development team to improve those  
  • Assignment to project activities and further guidance of team members during their execution of the individual project activities  
  • Assistance of the Project Management regarding analysis of project risks, analysis of development efforts as well as for architectural directions and questions  
  • Technical product platform specialist, technology driver and key contact towards the HQ Architecture team regarding new product releases, Microsoft technology or AX product updates; Technical contact towards Microsoft for the respective development site 

Skills and Specifications

  •  Well-founded IT education or equal qualification   
  •  Min. 3 years of professional experience in leading a software development team either as project manager or in a functional role  
  • Experience in the Automotive Branch is an advantage  
  • Experience in software development based on Microsoft ERP platforms preferably Microsoft AX  
  • Certified Microsoft Professional (MCP) for the AX platform   
  • Microsoft Client/Server platform experience (Windows, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft SQL)   
  • Software development processes, tools and best practices  
  • Experience in planning, construction, documentation and maintenance of software products as well as in fault- and configuration management 
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities with ease  
  • Solution orientation, strong organizing and keeping track ability  
  • Resilient to pressure  
  • Abstract thinking and analytical ability to decompose complex problems  
  • Sound spoken and written English   
