  • Conduct the requirement clarification with customers to get full and rational requirements
  • Requirements sorting and analysis. Work out business flowchart and requirement analysis documentation
  • Work closely with and clarify the customer requirements to development team
  • Requirement procedure management. Keep balance between requirement and workload. Strong ability of change management
  • Support the business process translation and development work as per the customer requirements
  • Responsible for the final quality of the product 

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, or English
  • 5+ year experience in BA
  • Familiar with software development life cycle
  • Strong skills in business model analysis, communication and documentation
  • Awareness of teamwork and customer-centric
  • Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good English skills in both reading and writing 


  • Automobile industry background work experience
  • Knowledge of processes in automobile industry or the related IT systems (Microsoft Dynamic CRM)
  • Proficient in English, oral and writing
