  • The international Business Consultant supports incadea’s worldwide customers, OEMs and partners in best practice implementation of our products.
  • He/She trains and coaches professionals and executes presales presentations of incadea’s product portfolio and OEM’s satellite solutions, with high focus on standardized products and processes.
  • He/She analyzes specific country requirements, identifies potential gaps and ensures the quality of solutions and/or local developments and implementation concepts.

Responsibilities in detail:

  • Parameterizes and runs the system mostly on his/her own, based on received data
  • Performs most of the test scenarios and test lists as well as most of the UATs and data migration tasks; creates most of the FRDs and EDDs on his/her own
  • Knows the OEM system with regards to the DMS integration
  • Delivers standard gap analyzes
  • Delivers end-user trainings; develops trainings with the target-content-method planning (ZIM)
  • Practices the automotive business language on user process level and interacts tactfully on all levels
  • Is alert and responsive to client inquiries, seeking in parallel, to gain knowledge of the customer´s business
  • Is alert to client and project management feedback of performance and applies quickly and effectively to improve own work effort
  • Executes team management in small projects
  • Transfers to customers how incadea products can add value to the customer organization
  • Supports sales efforts and delivers sales presentations on specific product lines

  • Knows several creative training methods and, is able to provide training with laptop and projector
  • Works with limited direction and manages own time effectively
  • Fluent in at least two languages; one of it English
  • Willingness to travel extensively
