Responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Associate you deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • You work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem
  • You build, develop and cultivate strong relationships with owners, management teams and employees of the target and current accounts
  • Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features
  • You are working fast in the products and services and demonstrate and sell these professionally
  • Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized
  • You implement the sales strategy of incadea Deutschland ambitiously
  • You integrate perfectly into the existing team and also support the joint team building as an overall team to achieve an above-average success
  • Sales promotion (presentations, training and workshops) are planned and implemented by you together with a Sales Manager
  • You participate in the preparation of trade fairs
  • Your work motivated and self-responsible within the team 

Skills:

  • General understanding of the principles of sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • High school diploma required, Bachelors in marketing or sales is preferred
  • Experience with customer service
  • Preferable but not essential - work experience within the automotive sector
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quotas
  • Results driven, ambitious, competitive, Resourceful
  • Excellent communication skills, especially around listening, questioning – politely assertive
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, proactive
  • Fluency in German and English.
