  • As a sales manager, you are responsible for obtaining assigned sales quotas, the further development of your sales area as well as the development of old and new customer relationships
  • You build, develop and retain strong relationships with owners, management teams and employees of the target and current accounts

  • You are responsible for achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • You participate in the preparation as well as in the execution of trade fairs
  • Your work motivated and self-responsible within the team.
  • The position can be based in multiple locations: Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Hannover or Cologne.


  • Minimum 8 - 10 years’ experience with 5 years in Sales, preferably in the IT solution and automotive industry
  • Preferable but not essential - work experience within the automotive sector
  • Experienced in the products and services, demonstrating and selling these professionally
  • A proven track record of sales growth gained in a technology solution sales environment where the ROI has been based on business process change and optimization
  • Customer focussed - maturity and diplomacy to handle the various levels within the target client organizations.
  • Able to demonstrate a professional structured sales approach incorporating Prospecting, Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling and Closing Techniques.
  • Results driven, ambitious, competitive, Resourceful
  • Excellent communication skills, especially around listening, questioning – politely assertive
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, proactive
  • Mix of ‘Farmer’ and ‘Hunter’ experience
  • Fluency in German and English.
